Refunds are only applicable under valid conditions such as physical damage during delivery, manufacturing defects, or wrong product dispatch. Quantum Power Systems reserves the right to refuse refund requests if the item is found to be used, physically damaged post-delivery, or returned without original packaging. Refund processing time may vary based on the payment method and bank policies.
Refund Policy
At Quantum Power Systems, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Upon successful inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Custom orders, used batteries, or installed items are not eligible for return or refund.
